Criminal mischief

A deputy was dispatched a little before noon to the 100 block of Samantha Lane, Aledo, to investigate a report of criminal mischief. The 46-year-old male complainant said an unknown subject had fired or thrown something at his front bedroom window, causing a small hole and crack up the entire length of the window. The case was filed for criminal mischief more than or equal to $50, less than $500 and forwarded to criminal investigations.



Sept. 1

Burglary of a habitation

A deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Skyline Drive in Cresson in reference to a burglary investigation. The male complainant said his home was broken into and $800 was missing. A case was generated.



Sept. 2

Theft of property

Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Woodland Hills Drive, Aledo, in reference to a theft investigation. The female complainant advised that known suspects took jewelry from her closet without her consent. An offense report was generated and forwarded to investigations.

Sept. 3

Burglary of a habitation

Deputies responded to a dispatch call a little after 10 a.m. regarding an alleged burglary in the 2600 block of West FM Road 5 in Aledo. The two complainants stated that beginning in May of 2012, an unknown suspect has removed several items from their residence with no forced entry. Charges were filed and a report taken.



Sept. 5

Theft

A deputy was dispatched at about 5 p.m. to the 90 block of Bluff View Court in Aledo to investigate a theft. The 47-year-old male complainant said sometime between Aug. 31 and Sept. 5 an unknown suspect entered his backyard and removed two five-gallon cans of gasoline without his consent. The case was filed as a theft greater than or equal to $50, less than $500, and forwarded to criminal investigations.

Theft

Deputies were dispatched to the 1400 block of West Farm Road 5, Aledo, in reference to a theft. The 39-year-old male complainant said an unknown suspect had removed a trailer from his deer lease. A report was taken for theft.
