Jan. 14

Terroristic threat

Deputies were dispatched to 300 Front St., Aledo, shortly after 10 a.m. in reference to a subject making threats. The female complainant, an employee, said a known suspect threatened to kill a customer of her business. A report for terroristic threat was made and forwarded to investigation.

Jan. 15


Deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of Center Point Road, Aledo, at 8:27 a.m. in reference to a theft. The female complainant told them unknown suspects had stolen a solar panel for her electric gate valued at $100. A report for theft of property $50 to $500 was taken and forwarded to investigators.

Jan. 18

Burglary of a Motor Vehicle

A deputy was dispatched at 8:53 a.m. Jan. 18 to the Aledo Park and Ride, at 7300 East Interstate 20, in reference to the burglary of a motor vehicle. The 25-year-old male complainant advised he had dropped his Silver 1996 Dodge Stratus off at the Park and Ride at 11 p.m. Jan. 17 and returned at 8:50 a.m. Jan. 18 to find his rear driver passenger window broken out and three items missing: a Compaq laptop computer valued at $200, a set of pool cues valued at $100 and a vehicle jack, valued at $50.

Deputies were dispatched to the 1200 block of Robyn Drive, Aledo, in reference to a theft. The 49-year-old male complainant told deputies that an unknown suspect had taken his 16-foot flatbed trailer without his permission. A report was taken for theft.

Jan. 23

Deadly conduct
Deputies were dispatched about 9:30 p.m. to the 200 block of Mesquite Street, Aledo, to the Aledo Volunteer Fire Department in reference to a person with a weapon investigation. The 20-year-old male complainant reported that an unknown person engaged in conduct that placed him in imminent danger of serious bodily injury. An offense report was generated for deadly conduct.
