According to U.S. News & World Report, Aledo High School is once again ranked in the top 5 percent of public high schools in Texas with a ranking of 105 out of 1,870 schools. Additionally, AHS is ranked 1,056 nationally out of 21,000 schools.

“Congratulations to our Aledo High School students, teachers, staff and Mr. Peterson for all the hard work that went into earning this distinctive recognition,” AISD Superintendent Dan Manning said. “It is special to earn such an honor from a national publication like U.S. News & World Report, and it speaks well of all our schools which feed into Aledo High School.”
