Area bands will put on their finest productions Saturday, Oct. 12, during the annual “Unleash the Sound” competition at Bearcat Stadium. Gates open at 9:30 a.m., and the first marching band performs at 11 a.m. Color guard judging will be in the Bearcat gym starting at 9:25 a.m., with Percussion Standstill at Coder Elementary beginning at 8:55 a.m. Performances continue throughout the day with finals in the evening.
