Robert & Claudia Redding celebrate 50th anniversary

Robert and Claudia Redding celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008 with a reception for family and friends hosted by their children at their Weatherford home.

They were married Dec. 20, 1958 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Fort Worth. They have resided in Weatherford since 1974.

Robert and Claudia have a son, David Redding, a daughter and her husband, Nancy and Raymond Morphis of Cedar Park, Texas, and two grandsons, Scott Redding of Fort Worth and Jeffrey Morphis of Cedar Park.

Robert retired from Lockheed-Martin after 35 years.



Harold & Juanita Towles celebrate 50th anniversary

Harold and Juanita Towles were married Dec. 25, 1958. The couple celebrated their 50th anniversary Dec. 5 through Dec. 14, 2008 with a cruise to Hawaii on the Pride of America. They traveled to all the islands.

Traveling with them were their children, Melody Glover and husband Geary, Charlotte Fleming and husband Rick, Gerald Towles and wife Donna and one grandson, Kenneth Glover and wife Amy.

Harold and Juanita are members of Victory Baptist Church of Weatherford. Victory Baptist celebrates their 50th anniversary Jan. 25, 2009.

Harold and Juanita have six children, Pam Saul, Jim Towles, Melody Glover, Charlotte Fleming, Gerald Towles and Randy Towles. They have 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. These attended their annual Christmas party at the Towles home in Mineral Wells Dec. 20.

Harold retired from Lockheed and Juanita retired from Weatherford ISD.
