60th wedding anniversary

— Mozelle and Herbert (Weggie) Weghorst of Weatherford recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a gathering of family and friends which was hosted by their children.
Mozelle and Weggie were married Oct. 10, 1947 at Magnolia Avenue Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas.
They are the proud parents of three children, Jim Weghorst of Fort Worth, Sheri Hooks of Houston and Merilyn Vantine of Weatherford. In addition, they have seven grandchildren, Mandye Bowers of Fort Worth, Brad Vantine of Weatherford, Scott Vantine of Argyle, Greg, Stephen, Mark and Stephanie Weghorst, all of Fort Worth, and six great-grandchildren.
They currently reside at the Weatherford Town Center Retirement Apartments.
