Wheelchair-bound Stephen Kimbrell wasn’t prepared for eviction from his residence Tuesday morning. Battling progressively worsening brain disease that has cost him the use of his legs and slurs his speech, the 65-year-old veteran has been involved for months in a dispute he said involved the parking of a second vehicle near his residence. He said he thought he had until March 19 to move but instead was ousted with about 30 minutes warning.
