Along with a 47-22 win over Paschal on Friday night, Weatherford girls’ varsity basketball also celebrated Senior Night. Lady Roo backers bid farewell to the seniors in the final home game of the season that saw the WHS girls dominate early and cruise to s District 3-5A victory. Pictured are, left to right, Chelsey Bransford, Faith Woodring, Abbye Shearmire and Aidan Pool. The win set up an opportunity for the Lady Roos to return to postseason play, as they are in a tie with North Crowley for the fourth seed. WHS travels to play the Lady Panthers on Tuesday, set for a 6 p.m. start.
