TCU Spring Frog Fest Set for Saturday


TCU's Spring Frog Fest, featuring an open football practice, equipment sale, Horned Frog statue dedication and autographs, will be held Saturday, April 6.
The day will begin with the Horned Frog football team's final spring practice being open to the public at 10:15 a.m. on the football practice fields. 
A Spring Sale, featuring t-shirts, polos, jerseys, shoes, sweats and hats from various athletics teams, will begin at 11:30 a.m. on the Kelly Center Lawn. The Spring Sale will conclude at 3:30 p.m.
TCU's new Horned Frog statue, outside the east entrance to Amon G. Carter Stadium, will be dedicated at 12:30 p.m.
The TCU football team will be available for autographs on the Kelly Center Lawn from 1 to 3 p.m.
Other features of the Spring Frog Fest include the TCU band, cheerleaders, Showgirls, bounce houses, velcro wall and live music.
The TCU baseball team will host San Francisco with first pitch at 4 p.m. at Lupton Stadium.
