Chism has 12 years of experience in the field and most recently worked for Keller Williams Realty. I specialize in first time home buyers and relocation clients. I am also a certified HUD  agent and can show and help buyers bid on HUD owned properties.  I have earned two real estate designations that I feel have broadened my knowledge and expertise. I have completed the Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR) and also the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) which entailed 90 hours of education. I feel it is my responsibility to be as knowledgeable and informed as to better service my clients and to make the real estate buying or selling experience as enjoyable as possible".
