Managing ticket times, to ensure customers have a short a wait time as possible, is priority one as well. Wait times of between 4 to 5 minutes are common for most orders but for such things as wings and tilapia, the wait will be longer.

All orders are brought to the table after being ordered at the counter. Some of the more popular items have been the avocado burger and the bacon burger along with the wings, which come in 10 flavors.

The company offers a challenge to anyone who can eat 7 of their level 15 fire wings in a five minute time frame. The wings, which are coated in a sauce made of ghost and habanero peppers that Wright said some employees need a mask to even prepare, also come in boneless as well. Anyone completing the challenge receives a T-shirt, a $10 gift card and their photo on the Wall of Fame.

No one had attempted the challenge in Weatherford yet, as of Dec. 19, Reed said.
