Items added to academy’s auction to be held tomorrow

WILLOW PARK — Going, going, going twice — sold to the highest bidder.
Trinity Christian Academy is hosting a Capital Campaign auction Saturday to raise funds needed to build a new secondary school building.
A silent auction will be held between 2 and 4 p.m. in the gym, and a live auction will begin at 3:15 p.m.
Along with auction items to bid on, there will be delicious home-baked desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth.
The school is located at 4954 East I-20 Service Road South in Willow Park.
Auction items include a 1955 Olds 4-door Hard Top, V-8, turquoise/white; 1987 Bentley; Yamaha C-3 scooter; Byron Nelson passes for a week including parking; Colonial party packages at the 18th hole; Dallas Stars hockey tickets; TCU baseball tickets; Civil War newspapers; Kennedy assassination memorabilia; coin collections; original art work; six-foot giraffe and 4-foot kangaroo with adoption papers and tickets from the Fort Worth Zoo; items from museums in Fort Worth; antiques; furniture; jewelry; restaurant packages; baskets from more than 100 vendors and associations; and much more.
