Weatherford Police Department

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.



Identity theft

Nov. 3: 2200 block Trevor Drive, a complainant reported that he had discovered that in December 2008 an unknown suspect, without permission had used his social security number to open several charge accounts in another city.



Burglary of a vehicle

Nov. 3: 100 block Live Oak Lane, a complainant reported that between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. unknown suspect(s) had entered into a vehicle with out permission and stole the in-dash stereo.



Criminal mischief

Nov. 3: 1100 block Fort Worth Highway, an employee of Simms Lumber reported that between 6:30 p.m. Nov. 2 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 3 unknown suspect(s) had cut a chain on an exterior gate and apparently entered into the property without consent.

Nov. 3: 200 block I-20 West, a complainant reported that while his vehicle was parked at a restaurant an unknown suspect had damaged the vehicle by apparently jumping on the roof and hood of the vehicle causing dents.



Assault

Nov. 3: 300 block Dalhart Street, a complainant reported that during an argument with her husband she was assaulted when he pushed her causing her to fall, striking her head on a counter. The complainant reported minor injuries due to the assault.



Arrest

Theft over $50 under $500 – 1

Possession of a controlled substance – 1
