n Agenda – Consider minutes of Nov. 6 meeting • Public Hearings: 1. Hold a Public Hearing on the application of B. W. Engineers for Mukesh Babaria requesting a variance the current zoning ordinance for maximum building height. The request is for a variance to Section 31 of the City of Weatherford Zoning District which permits a maximum building height of two stories or 35 feet for the main building. The applicant is requesting a variance to construct a four story building being 61-foot in height. The property is zoned Interstate. The 1.54 acre site, being Lot 1, Block 1, Nuttall Addition, is located at 311 Interstate Highway 20 W.; 2. Hold a Public Hearing on the application of Mohammad Elias for HHO United Group Inc., requesting variances from the Sections 34, Heavy Industrial Zoning District, of the current zoning ordinance for the required minimum yard setbacks. The request is for an encroachment of the existing main structures into the minimum side setback of 40-foot (when adjacent to a residentially zoned property) and a minimum front yard setback of 50-foot from the ultimate right-of-way line of roadway. The request is for variances to both the front and side yard setbacks in a Heavy Industrial zoning district. The property is zoned Heavy Industrial. The 0.48 acre site is located at 401 W.
