The Parker County Youth Livestock Show kicks off Monday, going through June 15 at the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse.
Last year, the event grossed $475,000 in sales, with 300 lots sold.
This year promises to be even more successful, with 500 exhibits and 1,450 entries.
Check-in for chickens and turkeys takes place Monday at 6:45 a.m., followed by check-in for dairy cattle.
The event is sponsored by the Parker County Livestock Improvement Association.
