Salyer, Wright to wed

— Larry and Karen Salyer of Weatherford are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Candy Jill Salyer of Weatherford to Christopher Mark Wright of Weatherford. He is the son of Margaret Wright and the late John Charles Wright.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Andrew and Lucille Thompson of Weatherford and Elverna Burnam of Eastland. She is a 1999 graduate of Weatherford High School. She is employed as a land assistant at Encore Acquisition Company in Fort Worth.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Peggy Wright of DeSoto. He is a 1994 graduate of Weatherford High School. He is employed as an account executive at May Advertising in Fort Worth.
The couple plan to marry April 12, 2008, at Couts Memorial United Methodist Church in Weatherford.
