— Dr. and Mrs. Garry Nation of College Station are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Elisa Nation to Alan David Simcik of Temple. Alan is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Simcik of Temple.
Rachel is the granddaughter of Barbara Noland and the late Truman Noland of Weatherford.
Alan is a graduate of Baylor and employed at Cen-Tex Landscape/Nursery of Temple.
Rachel is a graduate of Mary Hardin Baylor – Belton and is employed by Temple Independent School District.
The couple will exchange vows Dec. 22, 2007 at First Baptist Church, Temple. They plan to honeymoon at Disney World – Florida and will reside in Temple.
