Forced entry was the way thieves got into Phillips Welding Supply between 11 and 11:40 p.m. Tuesday.

The suspects stole several small welders and power tools.

Police said unknown suspects forced their way into an office door of the business located in the 1800 block of Fort Worth Highway.

The Parker County Crimestoppers named the burglary the Crime of the Week, and is asking the public for its help in solving the crime.

Officers responded to the scene Wednesday morning, where they were advised by store employees as they came to work, they discovered an open gate and saw the front door of the business had been forced open.

An employee told authorities the side gate’s lock had been cut in order to gain access to the grounds.
