Girl scout food drive

WEATHERFORD — Staff report

Weatherford Girl Scout Troop #4821 will be conducting a Food Drive to benefit the Parker County Center of Hope beginning Monday and lasting through Saturday.

The food drive will help to re-stock the shelves at the Center of Hope following the holidays, as well as provide a valuable community service experience for the Girl Scouts.

Through this they will earn their petal for ‘Making the World a Better Place.’

There are three locations where citizens can drop-off their non-perishable food items:

Weatherford Fire Station #1 at 122 South Alamo Street.

CitiBank at 800 Santa Fe Drive

Mader-Bagley State Farm at 1916 Martin Drive
