POLICE BLOTTER: statue theft reported

Following are offenses, investigations and calls for service reported by Weatherford Police Department for the period 6 a.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday:

Statue theft

The theft of a bronze statue, valued at $500, was reported Tuesday in the 900 block of Vine Street. The statue depicts a cowboy roping a calf. It was taken between 3 p.m. Monday and 1 p.m. Tuesday.

8:13 a.m., criminal mischief, 900 block of Sloan Street.

8:42 a.m., suspicious person/panhandling, 2100 block of Tin Top Road.

9:51 a.m., criminal mischief, 300 block of Jennifer Court.

12:25 p.m., criminal trespass, 200 block of West Interstate 20.

1:11 p.m., minor wreck, East Park Avenue.

2:51 p.m., identity theft, 400 block of Live Oak Lane.

4:09 p.m., animal impound, 100 block of East Lake Drive.

4:34 p.m., suspicious person, arrest for public intoxication, 200 block of College Park Drive.

6:13 p.m., suspicious person, 2000 block of South Main Street.

6:50 p.m., animal call, East First Street.

7:29 p.m., domestic disturbance, 1200 block of West Ball Street.

7:36 p.m., theft, 1800 block of South Main Street, theft of prescription drugs.

9:44 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 600 block of Palo Pinto Street.

11:07 p.m., suspicious person, 300 block of Love Street.

11:44 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 1000 block of South Main Street.

Wednesday

2:41 a.m., criminal mischief, 1300 block of South Lamar Street.

6:15 a.m., animal impound, 400 block of Hickory Lane.
