A report of a suspicious vehicle at 8:38 a.m. Thursday led officers to the 100 block of Ikard Lane, where they reportedly found a 19-year-old man asleep behind the wheel of a Chevy pickup.

The teen was awakened, and police found what they suspected to be a controlled substance, which was seized and sent for lab analysis.

DWI ARREST

Police responded to a call of a possibly intoxicated driver at 9:12 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Main Street and East Eighth Street.
