WCS holds Fall Festival for Center of Hope

The Weatherford Christian School Parent Teacher Partnership hosted their annual Fall Festival and Chili Cookoff Oct. 25 at the elementary campus. Parents, students and teachers enjoyed the evening filled with food, fellowship and games. Adults were invited to compete in the annual Chili Cookoff, with 18 entries competing for the title of Judges’ and People’s Choice awards. Winners received personalized WCS palques, insulated travel bags and cokking utensils. Students dressed in their favorite costumes and competed in fun activities and games, including a cake walk, bean bag toss, balloon artist, mechianical bull riding and bounce houses.

In contributing to the Center of Hope, Pre-K 3 through 6th grade students collected more than 2,450 items to donate by the end of last week.
