Chamber Young Business Leaders mixer slated for Feb. 25

The Weatherford Chamber of Commerce’s Young Business Leaders After Hours Mixer is Tuesday, Feb. 25, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., at Copper Creek. Come enjoy light appetizers and a cash bar while getting to know the other young business leaders in the area.

The February After Hours Mixer is a great time for new prospective members to attend. Along with a great opportunity to meet other Young Business Professionals, all attendees who participate in the networking will have a chance to win an iPad Mini.

“The Weatherford Chamber of Commerce has found a niche for those in the 20-40 age bracket,” said chamber Director of Development Peggy Hutton. “We want to help encourage and mentor this group in working with our local business community. There are great activities and events being scheduled to engage this committee. You don’t want to miss out. We are encouraging our members to bring potential members to the mixer and participate in the networking.”

The Young Business Leaders will have an activity each month, either a luncheon or an after hour mixer. Later in the year, there will be an opportunity to be a part of Leadership Weatherford. Come to this mixer to learn how you can be involved and learn more about the community.

For more information on the Young Business Leaders committee contact Hutton at 817-596-3801.Check the Weatherford Chamber’s calendar of events for this and other community events at www.weatherford-chamber.com.
