MILLSAP MATTERS: Holders Chapel hosting sunrise service

With more from the Millsap Alumni Scholarship Foundation, they report that of the 48 seniors in the Class of  2013, 45 have plans to attend college. The foundation provides a scholarship to each senior who follows through with these plans.

Donations in any amount to the foundation are very welcome, or individual scholarships are great-all are tax deductible. These young people are going to need this help so if interested call 940-682-4402 to discuss details or for more info.

Dates to remember

• March 4 – the Cool City Council will have its regular meeting, 6 p.m., at Cool Community Center.

• March 7 – Precinct 3 Commisssioner Larry Walden’s stakeholder meeting with the public for discussing such items as polices to help with long-term goals and how precincts work. This will take place at the Millsap Community Center at 7 p.m.
