Post-college plans

Since I haven’t decided a major or career field, I may or may not continue on to get a master’s degree. I want to help people in my career.

What will be your best memory of high school?

Marching band, going to state and all of the other successes we had, all the great times and friendships made.

Anything especially interesting in your background, possibly obstacles such as family, moving around a lot, etc., that could have but did not prevent you from graduating at the top of your class?

My parents divorced the summer before my sophomore year, and since then I have been living in two houses.

Was graduating in the top two a goal of yours throughout high school or before?

Throughout high school I wanted to be one of the top 10 people of the class.

What message do you have for your classmates as you move to the next phases of your lives?

Keep up the hard work, and remember all the awesome things we’ve done.

What advice do you have for your schoolmates and younger students concerning their academics? What is something that you can tell them that might help them in their studies and grades and help them achieve their goals and dreams?

Keep trying, don’t give up if you aren’t good at something yet, eventually you will have to be better at it. And don’t be afraid or too proud to ask for help.
