CRIME STOPPERS: Reward offered for info on election vandalism

— On May 11, Weatherford Police Department officers responded to the Parker County Courthouse Annex at 1112 Santa Fe Drive and the 1100 block of South Main Street in reference to graffiti.

Officers were told an unknown subject or subjects painted “For Higher Taxes” on Weatherford ISD Bond PAC banners that were placed at the County Courthouse Annex and “Money Rules us all; and that needs to change” on the bridge just off of Main Street next to the Weatherford ISD Ninth Grade Center.

Six smaller signs that were placed from the 1900 block of Clear Creek to the 2200 block of Clear Creek and the 300 block of West Russell Street were damaged as well.

A reward up to $1,000 will be paid for information about this crime. You may remain anonymous.
