Admission is free and the doors will open 30 minutes before showtime.

Legacy Brass Quintet has been entertaining North Texas audiences since 2009. The group annually plays a wide spectrum of events including weddings, graduation ceremonies, receptions, community festivals, sporting events, church services, holiday parties, educational programs, and formal concerts.

Over the last four years, the group has explored a wide variety of repertoire in an effort to find their musical voice, satisfy their creative needs, and entertain a wide audience. The result of these ongoing efforts has been the development of several highly entertaining concert programs that appeal to everyone young and old.

“Christmas Delights” is the title of Legacy Brass Quintet’s debut CD recording and the ensemble’s signature holiday program. It has enough holiday favorites to fill-up Santa’s iPOD and will put even the “Grinch” in the spirit of the season.

“American Salute” is Legacy Brass Quintet’s patriotic concert. The program is full of flag-waving Americana, including “The Star-Spangled Banner,” “America the Beautiful,” traditional marches, popular American folk songs, and a medley of service songs recognizing our men of and women of each military branch. It’s the perfect choice for Veterans Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July or any other patriot festivity.

“Brass Meets Broadway” is Legacy Brass Quintet’s tribute to the “Great White Way” and features favorites from the stage shows of yesterday and today. The concert includes selections from “Les Miserables,” “West Side Story,” “Babes in Arms,” “Porgy and Bess,” “The Wizard of Oz,” and many more. You’ll leave this concert humming along with a song in your heart.

“Brass … And All That Jazz” will take everyone on a swingin’ musical journey of American jazz. This signature Legacy Brass Quintet concert program will have “feet a tappin’, thumbs a snappin’ and legs a dancin’” as the ensemble performs a respective of jazz styles from jazz greats Fats Waller, Duke Ellington, The Original Dixieland Band, Hoagy Carmichael, Bix Beiderbeck, Juan Tizol, W.C. Handy, Louis Prima, and many more. From big band swing to smokey ballads, from the streets of New Orleans to the night clubs of New York, this program has it all.
