Lois McCarty Baker Cummins

Lois McCarty Baker Cummins passed away from this life into the arms of her Heavenly Father Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009, in Fort Worth.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Cotten-Bratton Funeral Chapel.

Burial: Long Creek Cemetery.

Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Cotten-Bratton Funeral Chapel.

Lois, an identical twin, was born Feb. 26, 1921 in Brazos Point to James and Janie McCarty. She lived in Weatherford most of her life and was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by husbands, T.D. Baker Jr. and Glenn Cummins; grandson, Thomas David Hawkins; 13 brothers and sisters.

Survivors: Daughter, Lennie Bach; granddaughter, Kathy Hawkins Holcomb (Kenneth); great-grandchildren, Jennifer Hooper (Randall), Stephen Brown; three great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and Nannie

Kathy and Lennie want to especially thank Veranda Place in Weatherford and Kindred Hospital SW in Fort Worth for their loving compassionate care of our mother.
