Donna Sue Terry, 50, of Weatherford, died Friday afternoon, Jan. 17, 2014, in a Fort Worth hospital.
Service is 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at North Side Baptist Church with interment in Memory Gardens. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Monday at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.
She was born Feb. 6, 1963, in Weatherford, where she lived all her life. She was a homemaker and was employed by the Peaster ISD for 28 years where she served as the food service director. Donna was a Baptist, an avid reader, a loving mother, grandmother, daughter and aunt, loved gardening and always considered her family most important.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Terry, of Weatherford; daughter, Felicia Walton and husband, Daylan, of Weatherford; sons, James Markalonis, of Weatherford, Nathan Markalonis and wife, Cassie, of Weatherford, and Wesley Terry, of Weatherford; mother,Betty Jo Morris, of Weatherford; father and mother-in-law, Harold and Nellie Terry, of Solomon, Kan.; sisters, JoAnne Smith and husband, Bo, of Brock, Debbie Bouyer and husband, Steve, of Weatherford, Amy Karl and husband, Greg, of Weatherford, and LaVerne Decker of Weatherford; five grandchildren, Jason Forsyth, Tyler Walton, Kelsey Walton, Zane Markalonis and Zach Markalonis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Frankie Morris; stepson, Aaron Dean Terry; and brother, George Frankie Jr.
In addition to flowers, memorials may be sent the Peaster ISD libraries.
