Joseph W. Perott

Joseph W. Perott, 81, of Weatherford, passed peacefully Saturday evening, Feb. 15, 2014, with his family.

Visitation is from 6–8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.

Joseph was born Oct. 6, 1932, in Greenleaf, Kan. He was a veteran of the Korean War, and a member of the Parker County Sportsman Club. In his younger years, he enjoyed motorcycles and more recently his retirement days were happily filled with outdoor work.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly E. Perott, of Weatherford; daughter, Jana McLaughlin and husband, Kevin, of Weatherford; grandsons, Jared Bence, of Weatherford, Jason Bence, of Lee’s Summit, Mo.; sister, Rose M. Laue; brother, Melvin Perott and wife, Linda, all of Topeka, Kan., great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father and mother, Joseph B. and Alberta J. Perott, and sister, Levon Lynch.
