David Lee Deffenbaugh

David Lee Deffenbaugh, 73, of Weatherford, died Friday, April 5, 2013.

A memorial service is 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at tee box No. 6. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.

David was born March 24, 1940, in Portland, Oregon, to Wilma B. and Leo Max Deffenbaugh.

David was a wood artist and member of First Baptist Church of Horseshoe Bend. He enjoyed playing golf with family and friends.

Survivors include his children, Misti Reynolds and husband, Ricky, of Weatherford, Joni Lively and husband, Chris, of Iowa Park, Lori Summers and husband, Steve of Bowie, Texas, and Justin Deffenbaugh, of Weatherford; brother, Max Deffenbaugh, of Medina, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren, with two more on the way.

Mr. Deffenbaugh was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Wilma Deffenbaugh; and a sister, Louise Clark.
