Phillip Michael “Mike” Yeathermon


Phillip Michael Yeathermon, 71, passed away on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013. 

Better known as “Mike,” Phillip Michael Yeathermon was born into this world, May 19, 1941, in Arlington, to Lydia Bill Yeathermon and Vera Magdalena Reddy. He was a Navy veteran and proudly served his country. He worked at Bell Helicopter, Woody’s Pawn Shop and started working construction until he retired. He loved crappie fishing, dove hunting and camping. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Billy Wayne Yeathermon and Larry Glen Yeathermon. Survivors include two sons, Steve Yeathermon, of Galveston, and Matt Yeathermon, of Arlington; grandson, Christian Yeathermon, of Galveston; granddaughter, Kale Rae Yeathermon, of Galveston; sister-in-law, Peggy Yeathermon, of Weatherford; brother, Gary Yeathermon and wife, Charlotte, of Arlington; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.

There will be a private family celebration of life.
