Terry Allen Harrison

BROCK – Beloved father, son and grandfather Terry Allen Harrison, 65, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014.

Service is 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment at the Harrison Family Cemetery on Consolation Drive in Brock. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. 

Terry was born March 15, 1948, in Weatherford to Stanley and Juanita Harrison. One of four children, Terry grew up in Fort Stockton, graduating from Fort Stockton High School in 1967. He was drafted into the U.S. Army after graduating and spent two years serving our country in the Vietnam War.

He spent 37 years as a turbine mechanic for several Texas natural gas companies before retiring to Brock.

Terry was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing and boating with his family; as well as raising horses and teaching his grandchildren how to ride. 

Terry leaves behind his daughter, Ginger Dispain, and her husband Jack, of Converse; son, Robert Harrison, of Brock; grandchildren, Chase and Faith Dispain and Alexus Harrison; mother, Juanita Harrison, of Brock; sisters, Barbara Kneisley and husband, George, of Roswell, N.M., and Judy Pue, of Brock; brother, Jackie Harrison, of Brock.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Stanley Harrison.
