Kyle Austin Wecker, of Ithaca, NY, passed away June 1, 2013, at the age of 30.
A remembrance memorial will be held in the barn at JoAnn and Virgil’s farm, which Kyle considered as home, at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 8.
Kyle was born Feb. 14, 1983, in Anchorage, Ak. Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley. He was a graduate student in the field of electrical and computer engineering at Cornell University in Ithaca. He was a Texan at heart
Survivors include his parents, Judy Holbrook Bradford and husband, Larry, and Mark Wecker and wife, Michelle; daughter, Alice Ameila Wecker, 3 1/2 years old, and her mother, Emily Wecker; grandparents, JoAnn and Virgil Holbrook Jr, Jenell Wecker, and Harold and Nanette Wecker; brothers, Alex and Walter Wecker; sister, Jaycee Boyner; loving Texas family, Tammie Holbrook Huffingham and husband, Jonathan, Keith and Denise Holbrook, Logan, Tracey and Tanner Iverson, Jenson Iverson, Landon and Jenny Iverson, and Dale and Hanna Roden; and many loving relatives, friends and colleagues in Oklahoma, California and New York.
