Alan Lee “Skip” Allen

Alan Lee “Skip” Allen, 65, of Weatherford, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at his residence.

Service is 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation is at 6 p.m. prior to service. Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Skip was born July 17, 1947 in Paris, Texas. He was a salesman in oil and gas production, a knife maker and a musician playing in numerous bands. He was a member of Spring and Case Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Tania Allen, of Weatherford; daughter, Kimberly Cummings, of Richardson; sons, Jade Allen, of Flower Mound, and Andrew Allen, of Weatherford; sister, Rita Prince, of Granbury; brother, Kato Allen, of Justin; and grandchildren, Collin Cummings, Kade Cummings, Savannah Cummings, Naomi Cummings, Morgan Allen and Jaidyn Allen.
