Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for Aug. 28 through Aug. 30, 2009.

n Deputies investigated a disturbance call Aug. 28 in the 500 block of Whitt Cut-Off Road in Perrin. The complainant reported she and her spouse were arguing. No assaults were reported.

n Deputies investigated a disturbance call Aug. 28 in the 5300 block of Agnes Circle in Springotwn. The complainant reported she and her spouse were arguing. No assaults were reported.

n Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call Aug. 28 in the 200 block of Highland Drive in Aledo. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered her residence and stole two laptop computers and miscellaneous jewelry.

n Deputies investigated a theft call Aug. 28 in the 6100 block of FM 51 North in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property by cutting through a fence and stole a handle from a gas pump and a trailer with welding equipment.

n Deputies investigated a theft call Aug. 28 at Clay Court and Ice House Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported a known suspect borrowed her trailer and did not return it when promised.

n Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call Aug. 28 in the 9000 block of McDaniel Road in Fort Worth, Parker County. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered his residence and stole two computers, two flat screen TVs, a Play Station game system, a digital camera, cash and jewelry.

n Deputies investigated a fraud use/possession of identifying information call in the 900 block of Old Authon Road Weatherford. The complainant reported a known suspect stole his identifying information to open several accounts.

n Deputies investigated a dispute call Aug. 28 in the 300 block of Lazy Bend Road in Millsap. The complainant reported a known suspect was stealing hay from his property. The suspect contends he purchased the hay from a co-owner and the matter was a misunderstanding. The owners spoke and cleared the matter. No offense was reported.

n Deputies investigated two separate theft calls Aug. 28 in the 1600 block of Northwest Parkway in Azle. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole gasoline from convenience store pumps.

n Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call Aug. 28 in the 900 block of Greenwood Cut-Off Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) drove by his mailbox and swung a bat/rod, damaging it.

n Deputies investigated a disturbance call Aug. 28 in the 5300 block of FM 51 in Weatherford. The complainant reported arguing with an acquaintance. No offense was reported.

n Deputies investigated a burglary of a vehicle call Aug. 29 in the 200 block of Gail Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle and stole a CD player, an amplifier, two subwoofers, music CDs and a battery charger, damaging his vehicle in the process.

n Deputies investigate a theft call Aug. 29 in the 1600 block of Northwest Parkway in Azle. The complainant reported an unknown suspect pumped gas without paying for it.

n Deputies investigated a theft of property call Aug. 29 in the 2900 block of Greenwood Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered his property and stole a trailer, generator, air compressor, nail gun and chainsaw.

n Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call Aug. 29 in the 100 block of Riverview Road in Millsap. The complainant reported a known suspect entered the property by hitting the entrance gate with his vehicle. The suspect also damaged the gate by cutting the wires to the latch mechanism and kicked it in.

n Deputies investigated a forgery of a financial instrument call Aug. 29 in the 1700 block of Harms Lane in Springtown. The complainant reported a known suspect stole a check from him cashed it at a local bank. Deputies also recovered a necklace reported stolen in an earlier case at the suspect’s residence when they went to question the suspect. The case was turned over to investigators.

n Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call Aug. 29 in the 1200 block of North O’Neal in Aledo. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) damaged a gate and a controller to the property.

n Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call Aug. 29 in the 300 block of Perkins Road in Poolville. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) broke a security light on his property.

n Deputies investigated an assault causes bodily injury call Aug. 29 in the 1600 block of North West Parkway in Azle. The complainant reported a known suspect assaulted her as she walked down the street.

n Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call Aug. 29 in the 100 block of Mockingbird Lane in Aledo. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered her residence and stole a jewelry box filled with miscellaneous jewelry and a wallet.

n Deputies investigated an assault call Aug. 29 in the 100 block of Sunny Oak Court in Weatherford. The complainants reported they were assaulted by one another during a dispute.

n Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call Aug. 29 in the 600 block of Greenwood Cut-Off Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) damaged his mailbox by striking it with an unknown object.

n Deputies investigated an assault call Aug. 29 in the 200 block of Lee Street in Peaster. The complainant reported her spouse assaulted her during an argument.

n Deputies investigated an assault call Aug. 30 in the 700 block of Olive Branch Trail in Millsap. The complainant reported he was assaulted during an argument with his girlfriend, but he refused to press charges.

n Deputies investigated an assault call Aug. 30 in the 100 block of Creekview Meadows in Springtown. The complainant reported he was assaulted by a family member during a disagreement.

n Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call Aug. 30 in the 800 block of East Third Street in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered his property and damaged a window.

n Deputies investigated an assault call Aug. 30 in the 200 block of Hilltop Drive in Springtown. The complainant reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend during a dispute.

n Deputies investigated an assault call Aug. 30 in the 1200 block of Knob Road in Springtown. The complainant reported she was assaulted by her spouse during an argument.

n Deputies investigated an assault causes family violence call Aug. 30 in the 1100 block of Reese Lane in Azle. The complainant reported a family member assaulted her during a dispute.

n Deputies investigated a disturbance call Aug. 30 in the 100 block of Rolling Glenn in Springtown. The complainant reported having an argument with her spouse. No assault was reported.

n Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call Aug. 30 on Walker Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) damaged his mailbox by hitting it with an unknown type weapon.



Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for Aug. 31, 2009.

n Deputies investigated a theft call Aug. 31 in the 16600 block of Highway 377 in Benbrook, Parker County. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered an industrial yard and stole a generator and a trimmer.

n Deputies investigated an assault call in the 1100 block of Becky Street in Aledo. The complainant reported a family member damaged her property during a dispute.

n Deputies investigated a threat call in the 300 block of Lipan Trail in Weatherford. The complainant reported a family member threatened him after he argued with another family member.

n Deputies investigated a lost property call in the 700 block of Adell Circle. The complainant reported losing a box of medication belonging to his spouse while the subjects were moving.

n Deputies were dispatched to a burglary of a habitation call in the 1700 block of Michael Lane in Weatherford in reference to a senor alarm. Deputies arrived, observing the front door of the residence kicked in and the home in disarray. It is unknown if any items were stolen.

n Deputies investigated an identity theft call in the 100 block of North Lazy Bend Estates in Millsap. The complainant reported she was notified by a credit agency that a known suspect has been using her identifying information.

n Deputies investigated an identity theft call in the 100 block of Quail Run in Aledo. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) attempted to wire an undisclosed amount of funds from his checking account.

n While on routine patrol, deputies observed a suspect traveling on west on Highway 199 in Springtown. The driver was wanted out of Tarrant County for felony identity theft. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

n Deputies investigated an assault causes bodily injury call in the 400 block of Gunbarrel in Weatherford. The complainant reported he was assaulted by a known suspect.

n Deputies investigated a disturbance call in the 1200 block of Walnut Creek Drive in Springtown. The complainant reported a known suspect assaulted her during an argument.

n Deputies investigated a theft call in the 8700 block of Windmill Court in Cresson, Parker County. The complainant reported a known suspect stole a firearm from his residence.

n Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call Sept. 1 in the 8700 block of Windmill Court in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered the residence and damaged personal belongings.

n Deputies investigated a theft call in the 100 block of Dustin Circle in Hudson Oaks. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and stole two TVs.

n Deputies investigated an assault call in the 100 block of Miller’s Village in Azle. The complainant reported a known suspect assaulted him during a dispute.

n Deputies investigated theft call in the 5800 block of Maple Valley Drive in Azle. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered her property and stole a lawn statue, birdbath and windmill.

n Deputies investigated an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle call in the 1000 block of Sterling Lane in Azle. The complainant reported a known suspect stole his vehicle and did not return it. The vehicle was reported as being involved in a wreck and was impounded by an out-of-county agency.
