Athlete bio: 

 A freshman from Weatherford High School—Competes in breakaway roping, goat tying and barrel racing—Qualified for the finals in the Clarendon College Rodeo this fall—A four-time North Texas High School Rodeo Finals qualifier—2012 State Finals qualifier in goat tying—Named Miss North Texas High School Rodeo Association Queen in May of 2012—Also a WC Student Ambassador—Daughter of Robert and the late Angela Ward of Weatherford.

Why did you come to WC? “I received a good scholarship to finish my basics and to rodeo.”
