Grand jury returns felony indictments

A Parker County grand jury Thursday returned the following indictments:  

• Sylvia Ayala, burglary of a habitation.

• Sylvia Ayala, burglary of a habitation.

• Rueben De La Rosa, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

• Jimmy Earl Freeman, burglary of a building.

• Lucio Garcia, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

• Jerry Wayne Hutto, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.

• Jerry Wayne Hutto, theft, more than $500, less than $1,500, with two or more theft convictions.

• David Glenn Midgley, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Jacob Wade New, theft, more than $1,500, less than $20,000.

• Walter John Provenzano, theft, less than $1,500, with two or more prior convictions.

• Orlando Hernandez Rodriguez, burglary of a habitation.

• Richard Eugene Shirley, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Austin Riley Spencer, criminal mischief, more than $1,500, less than $20,000.

• Sean Dillon Steward, criminal mischief, more than $1,500, less than $20,000.

• Donna Sue Tawater, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old.

• Chadwick Elliott Tyler, credit or debit card abuse.• William Mason Willner, unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• John Earle Wright, sexual assault of a child.
