Nominations sought for city’s best fall, winter yards

The City of Weatherford’s Parks & Recreation Department is calling for nominations for the October-December Recognized Yard awards.

Nominations for this round of awards must be submitted to the Parks and Recreation Department no later than Wednesday, Jan. 8, to the City of Weatherford Parks and Recreation Office at 119 Palo Pinto St., Weatherford, TX 76087; by email at pardinfo@weatherfordtx.gov; or by calling 817-598-4124.

City staff will present all nominations to the Parks and Recreation Board for consideration at the quarterly meeting set for Jan. 23. Please note nominations are not held for future consideration.
