S’town man who eluded authorities apprehended


Her vehicle was towed and an investigator reported locating more than 3 grams of suspected methamphetamine in two bags and a set of digital scales in a purse White identified as hers, according to the sheriff’s office.

White was charged with hindering apprehension, evading arrest or detention, and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, more than a gram, less than 4 grams. She remained in the Parker County Jail Wednesday.

In addition to the warrant for the alleged June burglary, Schlaepfer was being held without bond Wednesday on two previously indicted charges of theft of property and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
