POLICE BLOTTER: diesel fuel, cash reported stolen at business

Following are some of the offenses, investigations and calls for service reported by Weatherford police for the period 6 a.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Wednesday:

Theft of diesel, cash

A business in the 1900 block of Clear Lake Road reported that sometime late Monday night or early Tuesday morning someone forced their way through a locked gate to steal about 50 gallons of diesel fuel and a fuel pump from a truck. They also broke into a vending machine, taking an undetermined amount of cash. The fuel pump was valued at $100 and the fuel $200, while $1,500 in damage was reported to the vending machine.

A 14-year-old reported he was assaulted Tuesday afternoon by another 14-year-old male in the 1300 block of East Bankhead Drive.

Property theft

A 19-year-old who lives in the 200 block of College Park Drive reported two roommates moved out and stole numerous items of property valued between $500 and $1,500 that did not belong to them.

ID theft

A Weatherford woman told police an unknown individual used her personal information to have a medical procedure done in a hospital in Sherman, and said she was charged $538.95.
