They have conducted a variety of photographic workshops both as traveling excursions as well as in their studio, for both entry level and professional photographers. For several years, Les taught both entry-level photography and Photoshop as community education courses at Weatherford College.

Being well known in photography circles the couple is often asked to judge photographic contests. Something they both enjoy. They have been active participants in a variety of professional associations in the past.
