Veterans’ Day parade set for Nov. 9

The annual Veterans’ Day Parade in Weatherford is Nov. 9 beginning at 9:45 a.m.

The parade will begin at the Ninth Grade Center on South Main Street and go north to Oak Street, then turn left to Alamo Street and south to Russell Street before ending up back at the NGC.

Air Force and Weatherford Police Department color guards will be on hand and a fly over of a vintage World War II aircraft is planned.

There will also be many floats, entries and dignitaries, all honoring veterans.
