All burritos are made with large tortillas stuffed full and are roughly “the size of a brick,” Naser said.
“If you’re having one of our burritos for the first time, we usually tell people they can get two meals per burrito, which is a good deal,” Naser said. “We offer chicken, steak, carnitas, barbacoa and, coming soon, ground beef burritos.”
Ray’s Burrito Bar also offers a kids menu, chips with a choice of fresh homemade guacamole, queso or salsa. Ray’s hasn’t gotten its liquor license yet, so customers are welcome to BYOB if they so desire. Naser says the restaurant will open a catering business in the near future to take their business to the public.
Ray’s is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and stay open an hour later on Friday and Saturday evenings. For more information, call 817-757-7641.
