Man arrested on fed officer impersonation charge dies

Days after being released on bond, a man arrested by the Parker County Sheriff’s Office Jan. 18 on a charge of impersonating a U.S. Marshal was found dead in his home.

Victor Barry Caster, 67, was found dead in his home by the Fort Worth Police Department, which responded to a deceased person call at his home in the 2300 block of West Rosedale Street shortly before noon Thursday, according to a Fort Worth police report.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner had not ruled on the cause and manner of Caster’s death of Tuesday afternoon.
