POLICE BLOTTER: Three arrested for public intoxication

— Here are Weatherford Police Department offenses and calls for service for the period 6 a.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday:



Public intoxication arrests

Around 3:35 a.m. Thursday officers were called to a business in the 2000 block of South Main Street in reference to three intoxicated persons causing a disturbance.

Officers located Bryce Diego Barrios, 18, Clint Michael Miller, 19, and Brennan Kolt Eldred, 18, walking around the area businesses. Officers observed signs the three subjects were intoxicated.

The three were arrested and transported to the Parker County Jail.



Hit and run

A hit-and-run call was made about 10 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of South Main Street.

The caller advised her 2003 Chevrolet Suburban was hit by an unknown vehicle.



Domestic assault

Police investigated a reported domestic assault call that allegedly occurred about 8 p.m. Thursday.

A 21-year-old female victim went to the police department to make the complaint.

She said a 27-year-old male known to her assaulted her by pushing her down and banging her head on the ground, causing her pain and injury. The woman stated that the subject also broke her $600 cellular phone.



Inhalants arrest

About 12:22 a.m. Friday an officer was dispatched to a residence in the 600 block of Bryan Street in reference to a person using inhalants.

After arriving the officer found Oscar Luna, 39, who exhibited signs of inhaling volatile chemicals.

Luna was arrested for possession and use-inhalants and transported to the Parker County Jail.



DWI arrest

A minor wreck Friday morning resulted in a woman’s DWI arrest.

Around 2:04 a.m. Friday police reportedly found a 1999 Honda vehicle stuck on the median in the 2600 block of South Main Street.

Police said Rocio Lopez, 21, was standing next to the vehicle and had a strong odor alcohol on her breath and person.

Lopez was charged with DWI and transported to Parker County jail. Her driver’s license was seized and her vehicle impounded.

4 p.m., reckless driver,  South Bowie Drive.

4:29 p.m., animal call, 600 West Bridge Street.

5:33 p.m., domestic disturbance, 100 W. Interstate 20.

5:57 p.m., minor accident, 200 Alford Drive.

7:23 p.m., stolen vehicle, 1300 South Main Street.

9:47 p.m., intoxicated driver, 200 W. Interstate 20.

11:21 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 1400 Holland Lake Drive.

Friday

2:02 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 1600 Ric Williamson Memorial Highway.

2:05 a.m., minor accident, 100 E. Interstate 20.

2:54 a.m., suspicious person,  1700 Fort Worth highway.

4:08 a.m., child abuse report, Zion Hill Road.
