SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: woman assaulted

Following are some of the reports filed by the Parker County Sheriff’s Office on Monday:

Assault

At 3:55 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a disturbance call in the 7000 block of Horseshoe Bend Trail where a 42-year-old woman said she and an individual got into an argument and she was hit in the back of the head with a closed fist.

ID theft

A woman Monday reported that someone used her personal information to establish electrical service at a residence on South Skyline Court, in Cresson, without her permission.

Copper theft

Thieves reportedly broke into a secured cellular tower building on Cattlebaron Drive. A company employee arrived to see that the building was broken into and numerous green copper wires were cut, with items containing copper stolen.

Diesel theft

Deputies were called at a business in the 2100 block of Peaster Highway Monday morning in regards to a reported theft of diesel fuel from a fuel tank. Two fuel nozzles and a building light were also damaged.
