Animal shelter offers ‘Howl of a Deal’ in October

The Weatherford/Parker County Animal Shelter is offering a “Howl of a Deal” through the month of October.

The shelter is offering a $25 adoption special on all black dogs and orange cats, including spay/neutering, immunizations and a microchip.

The shelter has lots of cute and cuddly animals for adoption regardless of color right now, so the public is invited out for a visit.

The shelter, located at 403 Hickory Lane in Weatherford, is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For information, call 817-598-4111.
