CRIME STOPPERS: Public's help sought to solve burglary

The Parker County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division is seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect or suspects connected to a burglary that resulted in more than a $22,000 loss for the owner.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 8400 block of Interstate 20 Monday around 6 p.m. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered the building and stole a refrigerator, furniture, a statue, an oriental rug and 18 paintings.

The complainant told deputies the business building containing the furniture and valuables, was listed for sale or lease.

Lawn maintenance employees arrived March 25 to tend to the grounds and noticed a window had been damaged by being completely removed from the building, and the rear door of the building was left open with damage to the door frame.

Anyone with information about this crime or the suspect(s) involved is encouraged to contact the Parker County Crime Stoppers Hotline at (817) 599-5555. You may remain anonymous when calling.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest or conviction.
