VETERANS’ CORNER: Military branches addressing misconduct, ethics and training

Across the services, leaders are trying to deal with complex questions about how to identify and correct these problems. Lower ranking service members are now being asked to evaluate their ranking superiors as part of annual reviews. The military services are also adding more lectures on ethics in their schools, targeting their top officers. Moral and ethical values must be foremost in all training of our service members.
